Current Parish Boundaries
The Diocese of Rockford set's the official parish boundaries for each parish. These boundaries are explained below and can also be viewed at the diocesan website.
| North- | Starting at Alden Road and the Illinois/Wisconsin state line: east on the Illinois/ Wisconsin state line to Route 47. |
| East- | Starting at the intersection of the Illinois/Wisconsin state line and Route 47: south on Route 47 to Charles Road. |
| South- | Starting at the intersection of Route 47 and Charles Road: west on Charles Road to Nelson Road; west on Nelson Road to Deep Cut Road; Southwest of Deep Cut Road to Route 14. |
| West- | Starting at the intersection of Deep Cut Road and Route 14: northwest on Route 14 to Paulson Road; north on Paulson Road to Streit Road; west on Streit Road to King Road; north on King Road to McGuire Road; east on McGuire Road to Alden Road; northwest on Alden Road to the Illinois/Wisconsin state line. |
